Air Conditioners:
Niche service
I do quote / charge more for air conditioners because I have premium options available. You get what you pay for.
If you need just a basic installation, anyone can do those. My availability depends on how busy I am.

The photos show you an example of how to send photos for a free online quote. Also send your address - I may be able to use information from Google Maps and the Real Estate website to determine installation needs.
"But there's someone who can do it cheaper":
Go for gold (at your own risk). From the stories I hear, they usually block you when you need warranty, then it ends up costing you a fortune to get someone out at the last minute to fix it.
I may be able to offer flexible payment options.
Brands:
Based on my opinions and teardowns, though hese keep changing as manufacturers keep changing their products.
• Cheap: Hisense, Teco.
Lightweight flimsy on the materials, may be prone to corrosion and losing gas (based on recent experiences). Proceed at your own risk.
• Moderate: Rinnai JX series, Kaden
Best value for money.
• Expensive: Mitsubishi Electric
There's actually a few different Mitsubishi air conditioners and Mitsubishi Electric is the best of these in my opinion.
While Hisense comes with inherent gecko proofing, I can make most brands gecko proof.
Ask about my 7 year warranty packs which include added surge protection and gecko proofing.

Bought a new fridge?
I offer a preventative maintenance service which can prolong the life of your fridge well past its warranty period. Manufacturers put the gas in the refrigerant circuit and then crimp off the copper tail, they don't solder it, then the fridge loses its gas after a few years. Theoretically they shouldn't lose their gas.
Personally:
We purchased a Mitsubishi Electric fridge in August 2018 and with only one basic clean since then, it's still going strong. I haven't needed to mod it at all. That particular model line is discontinued now though.
