Standard rates or competitive rates - Take your pick!

Standard Rates:
These rates are used to calculate quotes and Do & Charge services.
• Rates consist of travel (from & to Eastern Heights) and labour.
• Parts are available at an additional cost and come with full warranty.
• Booking cancellations within 5 working days incur a fee of 30%.
• Rates calculated on a quarter hourly basis.
• You only pay for the actual time spent on the job, not the inefficiencies.
Day rates (8am - 5pm Monday to Friday):
• Up to 1 hour: $110/h
• Up to 2 hours: $100/h
• Up to 4 hours: $90/h
• Up to 8 hours: $80/h
After hours:
• Up to 1 hour: $200/h
• Up to 2 hours: $180/h
• Up to 4 hours: $160/h

Competitive Discounted Rates:
Name your price, but there's a catch!
The market value of domestic electrical and air conditioning services is below that of a calculated sustainable value needed to keep services functioning properly. Contrary to what the media portrays us as, we don't actually make that much money as the work isn't consistent. The market is saturated with cheap advertised prices which are often difficult to compete with. Such service providers come and go out of business.
• Discounted job bookings may be postponed (depending on the extent of the discount) if a full rate job gets booked in its place.
• Warranty work requires payment of travel and 1 hour labour to help cover service costs.
• No booking cancellation fees apply.
• BYO parts welcome, but if they fail and you need to claim warranty or are the wrong parts, you would have to pay for the second call out.

Payments:
• If you're elderly or computer illiterate, just ask me and I will provide alternative and traditional payment options.
• Services are provided on a "coin operated" basis (like a vending machine or payphone). Any unused credits are refunded at the end of the job. This mitigates the increasing risk of non-paying customers and helps keep prices down. For your assurance, paperwork is issued prior to payment with my details - you know where I live. Paypal also accepted for your assurance.
• Traditional invoicing and quotes are available to regular and previous customers as trust is earned.
• Direct Debit flexible payment agreement options are planned to become available in the future.
